What should I expect in a session? Here are the expectations depending on the service that you request for. 1. Prior to treatment, we will perform a thorough assessment through history questions and orthopedic tests (if applicable). This will give me information to create a custom-tailored treatment plan (or personalized training program) to get you to where you want to be. By performing an assessment, it will give both you and therapist an objective and subjective measure to gauge the overall improvements of your body after the treatment. 2. Applicable to Active Rehab & Manual Osteopathy - During the treatment, you may experience some therapeutic pains. The reason for this is because we need to stimulate your nervous system in order to provide a therapeutic effect for positive change. As a clinician, I will always be sure to check in when performing any modality to ensure that we aren't exceeding your pain threshold. 3. Once the treatment is complete, I will ensure that you have plan to continue your path on injury prevention and physical longevity. Please know, once we complete our sessions, my support won't end. I will always be available to answer any questions that you may have and am always happy to further assist you. You can expect a coach who will design a personalized program to help you achieve your goals. In addition, I will always be available for any support, should you need it. At the end of the day, I want to see you win - I will do so to the best of my ability.

What is Manual Osteopathy?Manual Osteopathy is a therapy system that utilizes a holistic approach to optimize human physiology. The whole body must work together to function at its best. If a body part is compromised or injured, the rest of the body will adapt and compensate for it. This leads to pain, stiffness, inflammation, overuse of other body parts, and other health related conditions. Such conditions can be treated through an osteopathic approach.
